No Show / Late Cancellation Policy

Respecting Our Time Together

At Sugar Baebe Waxing, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a specialized solo studio, late cancellations and missed sessions significantly impact our schedule and prevent other clients from booking their desired times.

Payment Card Authorization (Card on File):
To complete a reservation, clients must provide a valid debit or credit card and pay the required non-refundable deposit.

Explicit Authorization: By booking, you authorize Sugar Baebe Waxing LLC and our payment processor (Stripe) to securely store your payment card details. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, you authorize us to charge the stored card for any remaining balance due as detailed below.

Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours):
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you authorize your card on file to be charged the difference to equal 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Show Policy:
Failing to arrive at your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeited deposit and an off-session charge to your card on file for the remaining balance to equal 100% of the scheduled service price.

We know life can be unpredictable, and emergencies happen. If you need to make changes to your booking, please reach out as early as possible so we can assist you and adjust the studio schedule accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our business standards!
