Card-on-File Authorization Agreement:

You expressly authorize Sugar Baebe Waxing LLC to initiate merchant-initiated, off-session payments to your stored card for:
- Remaining Service Balances: Payments due at the time of service completion.
- Late Cancellation Fees: Up to 50% of the total service value for cancellations or reschedules requested with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- No-Show Fees: Up to 100% of the total service value if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice.
This authorization remains effective until you cancel or revoke consent by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to any upcoming appointment.
3. Client Portal & Loyalty Data (“SBW Bucks”)
When you participate in our client loyalty program (“SBW Bucks”), we store user account metadata, check-in timestamps, generated single-use discount codes, and loyalty point totals linked to your account profile. This data is used solely to verify check-in eligibility, render tier rewards, and prevent fraudulent coupon usage within our portal.
4. Mobile Terms & Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile phone number and booking an appointment or subscribing to updates, you grant express written consent to receive automated transactional, informational, and appointment-related text messages (e.g., booking confirmations, intake form links, location details, and appointment reminders) from Sugar Baebe Waxing LLC.
